Spending cards
What it is: The amount you have spent and the amount remaining, according to the route you use.
What data feeds it: The ai_usage table; the Multi LLM credit is read from ConsensusRoom.
What it shows: Your own key: spent (total and this month) and remaining from the budget you entered. Multi LLM: the remaining credit in ConsensusRoom and the amount spent.
What can be concluded from it: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google do not report a key's remaining credit to the application; that is why the "remaining" amount for your own key is computed from the budget you entered.
AI choice and my own key
What it is: Whether the AI is off, works with your own key (Claude, OpenAI or Gemini), or with Multi LLM; entering the key and a budget.
What data feeds it: The ai_account and ai_credential tables. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again. Reviews use web search.
What it shows: The choice, whether the AI can be used right now and, if not, why; the last four characters of the saved key, the budget amount and its period. "Test connection" makes a real call of a few tokens with the fast model; its cost is recorded.
What can be concluded from it: If the AI cannot be used (off, no key, no model chosen in Multi LLM, or no credit), the News review is not made and the players' AI books do not trade. Before each call the worst case is computed; if the budget is not enough, the call is not made.
Multi LLM (ConsensusRoom)
What it is: Opening or linking a ConsensusRoom account, choosing a single model or a model group, obtaining, renewing and revoking the API key, and topping up credit.
What data feeds it: The ConsensusRoom partner API. The key is created in ConsensusRoom and stored encrypted in the application; credit and model choice are kept in ConsensusRoom.
What it shows: The status of the four steps (account, models, key, credit), the linked e-mail, the chosen models and moderator, the last characters of the key, and the remaining credit.
What can be concluded from it: The key is shown only once, at the moment it is obtained; "Renew" obtains a new key and revokes the old one. If you already have a ConsensusRoom account with the same e-mail, you approve the link once there. Payment is made on ConsensusRoom's payment page; credit is added once the payment is confirmed.
Usage
What it is: All AI calls made with your account, including refused ones.
What data feeds it: The ai_usage table; a row is written after each call.
What it shows: Each call's time, purpose, model, route, token and search counts, cost and status.
What can be concluded from it: In Multi LLM, the cost of a group call is the sum of the calls of the panellists and the moderator.
