Terms of Use

This is an English translation for convenience; if it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails. These terms govern your use of the Demon application at laplace-demon.com. By creating an account or using the application, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Demon is operated by Anemon Bilişim Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. It shows statistical models, signals and measurements of their past success on the historical data of the stocks of the exchanges it follows (Borsa İstanbul and the other exchanges opened in the app); it offers a portfolio simulation working with virtual money (Auto Player) and, optionally, Claude AI reviews.

2. Not investment advice

No content on Demon is investment advice. The application does not provide investment advisory or portfolio management services within the scope of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362. The signals, suggestions, virtual portfolio results and Claude reviews are for information only.

The investment information, comments and recommendations given here are not within the scope of investment advisory services. Investment advisory services are provided under an investment advisory agreement to be signed between a client and brokerage houses, portfolio management companies, or banks that do not accept deposits. The signals here are produced from historical data with statistical models, are shown the same to everyone and are not personalised; they may not suit your financial situation or your risk and return preferences. Therefore, making investment decisions based solely on the information given here may not produce results that meet your expectations.

Past performance does not indicate future results. The data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect; the models and the AI can be wrong. Auto Player works with virtual money, does not transmit real orders, and its results do not fully reflect real transaction costs and market conditions.

You make your investment decisions with your own judgement and bear responsibility for their results yourself. If necessary, consult an authorised investment adviser.

3. Your account

• Demon is for adults only. To open an account and use the service, you must be 18 years of age or, if the age of majority in your country is higher, that age; you confirm this when registering or at your first sign-in. Accounts that do not meet this condition are closed.
• When registering, you must give a correct e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for the actions taken with your account; if you notice unauthorised use, report it immediately to [contact e-mail not yet specified].
• You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

4. AI use and fees

• AI reviews are optional and are produced with the services of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or ConsensusRoom.
• If you use your own API key, the fee for the calls is charged by the provider directly to your account; this use is also subject to that provider's terms.
• If you use Multi LLM, the calls are made through ConsensusRoom and the fee is deducted from the credit you have loaded into ConsensusRoom. Credit, refunds and prices are subject to ConsensusRoom's terms; the operator does not receive this payment.
• The AI's answers may contain incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date information.

5. Unacceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to get around the application's security or to access other people's accounts or data,
• extract data in bulk from the application with automated tools or place excessive load on the server,
• use the application for unlawful purposes, for market-disrupting actions or to mislead others,
• republish the data and content in the application for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual property and third-party data

The software, design and models of the application belong to the operator. Market data, KAP disclosures and news content belong to their respective owners (Borsa İstanbul, the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu), data providers and news sources) and are shown only for your personal use.

7. Provision of the service and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Outages or changes at the data sources may affect the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application or from investment decisions made on the basis of the signals, suggestions or AI reviews. Liability arising from intent and gross negligence is reserved.

8. Suspension and termination

In the event of use contrary to these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You can write to [contact e-mail not yet specified] to close your account at any time; your data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its last updated date; continuing to use the application after a change means that you accept the current terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
